Sharing energy

In Fracking on May 2, 2014 at 12:05 am
You are invited to attend Eye Opener Educational Film’s screening of:
Gasland 2, Thursday, May 8 at Duncan United Church, 7pm, admission free or by donation.
This film reveals the  corruption in government and the natural gas industry’s use ofpsychological operations (PSYOPs) to manipulate and label local communities as terrorists so that fracking operations continue, even as people fall ill from the invasive pollution that fracking brings.  Gasland 2 is an important film for citizens of Cowichan Valley, as we become more informed about the intentions of the oil and gas industry. Whether it is through Enbridge pipeline or shale gas fracking-we are all stewards of this land. DUC Social Justice, One Cowichan and Council of Canadians will be in attendance.
Also, for your consideration, here are a few interesting items to share. Here is a new material that bends, holds a charge, and works underwater: graphene.  Have you ever wondered where all the good news is?  Try this.  If you’re in need of animal-human kindness, check this one out: champion hug.
